Quiztastic!

Hey, guys. Remember this quiz? Yu should take it. It's good times.

For those not in the know, the Homestead/Train Station was an attempt by several of us at school to form intentional christian community. It's been over for about a year now.

It's good to know I'm still me.

And yes, that's a Bound4Life wristband I'm wearing as I'm about to stab someone.

I took the quiz ... and I am you: "You are Stephen! You're the most introverted member of the community. You know all the in's and out's of any video game, fantasy books... or anything involving swords... or ninjas. you like ninjas."

Heh ... all true ... although I'm not a hardcore gamer.

I think that if we met, we would (a) form a Ninja Assassination and Tolkien Discussion Club or (b) kill each other on sight.

I wasn't able to complete the quiz. Does it have to do with a game, community, or game-community in which all know each other from the outset.

Apparently I'm AJ.

You are AJ! You love to play your guitar and sing Matchbox 20. You're a hard core Calvinist. Keep on searching for that one true love, in the mean time to write a love song.

Except I don't play guitar,I am not a Calvinist an I am already married.

But I used to listen to Matchbox 20.

Yeah, it was acommunity where we all knew each other.

Well, some of us didn't know the dog, but other than that, we knew each other.

I was AJ when last I took it, not surprisingly . . .

When and where was this picture taken? It looks familiar somehow, although I don't think I've ever seen it before . . .

1st annual CSUF ninja fight. The other participants were Doug, AJ, and Andrew Lycan.

This picture is shortly after my sword broke (let's hear it for plastic weapons!), but before I picked up the sword Andrew didn't want to use.

I have a plastic katana and a cheapo metal one ... but, as you no doubt know already, Miyamoto Musashi often fought fully armed guys with only a wooden sword. (And he wasn't even a ninja!) If a bokken's good enough for him, then plastic and stainless steel are good enough for me.

Well, I am Andrew. Sounds about right - except I'd trade sports for shopping. And I want kids sooner than 50. :)

You are Andrew! You love your movies old and new. You're really into your politics, sports and outrageous claims. Hold off on the Toys-R-Us, you don't want kids till you're 50.

Actually, surprisingly, I've never seen all of Karate Kid. Or even most of it.

Plastic weapons are a plus when you're fairly sure Campus Security (who are real Police) is going to break up your ninja fight. I would have hated to lose my two cheapy metal Katanas...

Stephen, I love the intensity of that photo. It is so cool.

Hey dude, thanks again for helping us move last weekend. That was a huge help!

In Christ,
-Mike

Hey....did you die? I haven't seen a post here for a while... I hope no ninjas caught up to you without you realizing it first.

...we need more on the spiritual gifts.
